This is a light-to-medium pressure and mostly open-handed style focused on total relaxation of the mind and body. Brilliant for relieving stress and tension by using mainly long, slow, luxurious, caressing strokes along the length of your body. No digging knuckles, grinding elbows or pain!
I use only high quality, professional trade oils! None of that cheap stuff from the chemist’s shelf!
