I am a fully qualified IPTAS massage therapist with many years of experience. The massage I offer is a deep relaxation massage, specifically aimed at helping people with stressful jobs or lifestyles. I also focus on problem areas e.g. neck and shoulders for people whose job involves sitting at a desk all day.
To enhance the relaxation massage, I generally use a base oil mixed with lavender, and I also burn lavender in an oil burner while the massage is in progress - all of which further induce relaxation and relieve stress and insomnia.
