All entrants must be a resident of the United Kingdom
The winner of the competition will be chosen by a local notary on the 31st May 2007 and notified within 5 working days form the close of the competition
There is no limit to the number of entries that each entrant can make
Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery
All entries should be mailed to the property address, to arrive no later than the 31st May 2007, together with a cheque, or a postal order for £500 made payable to Mr and Mrs Cullen
In order for the draw to take place a minimum of 450 tickets must be sold. If this will not be the case, all entrants will receive their monies back in full within 5 working days from the close of the competition
