JESPER is "the man"!!!! Just look at those eyes. You can just melt into his eyes. He has the kindest look of any puppy. He is soooo.... loving and cuddly. He follows me all over the house and just loves to be with me and sit at my feet when I'm working. I just can not help but scoop him up and love on him every time I see him.
