To be very honest, it CAN be LONG winded to do but if you have a good group of friends and are willing to read through info then you may get one for NOT FREE but for £5.
Im signed up on a similar offer for a ps3. Basically i had to complete a £5 offer on a betting site and my account is then active, then i get 13 people to do the same (register, pay£5 and bet the £5) and then i get my ps3.
I got 8 referals already through friends and family, some of them have paid out of their own pocket, some of them i had to pay them.
I have been on forums where people have photos of the items they actually received. The reason why there isnt many people doing this is coz obvously, everyone thinks its a scam, just like i did before i did my research.
I actually paid some of my friends £5 each to do it, ok im loosing £65 altogether but im getting a ps3 worth £450. Which i'm planning to sell so that i can go on holiday with the missus.
The thing to remember if you're going into this is to NEVER provide false information like false address or register yourself on different email addresses etc, they WILL find out and you wont get your gift.
