Excellent road, bus & rail links to historical Gdynia, Gdansk & Sopot city centre. Only 1.5 KM from Orlowo seafront and 10 mins by car or bus to Gdynia centre & Gdynia seafront. Gdansk airport is only 20 minutes by car. Within 10 minute walk to range of local shops.
This smart, contemporary apartment comprises: Communal lift, hallway combining tiled floor with natural wood. The lounge has natural wooden floors with large windows & door access to balcony area, sofa (incorporating sofabed), coffee table, TV unit with Terrestial TV (non cable or satellite). The kitchen is fully fitted & equipped with eating area (table & 4 chairs) & also benefits from underfloor heating. Appliances are new & include: washing machine, dishwasher, electric fan assisted single oven , ceramic hob & extractor fan/hood. There is also a small fridge incorporating a small freezer, combi-microwave oven, & utensils to include: toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery & glassware. There are 2 double bedrooms (carpeted). One is furnished with a double bed a travel cot for a baby & good sized wardrobe. The other has a single sofa bed (can be used as a small double bed for 2 children) and if required an auto inflatable double bed & chest of drawers & bedside table. The modern bathroom benefits from underfloor heating & comprises: WC, bath/shower, & washbasin. The apartment also has a smart guest/2nd WC with washbasin. There is full gas central heating & double glazed windows throughout for your comfort. The apartment has the benefit of window blinds to bedrooms & kitchen, all bed linen, high security door, smoke detector as well as a visible deterrent alarm system. There is secure underground garaging for one car available (operated by remote control unit) & outside off road parking for other vehicles. The complex has the added comfort benefit of 24 hours security patrol & CCTV cameras.

The apartment is within very easy access to Gdynia and it's extensive range of restuarants, bars, nightclubs, seafront, beach activities, concerts (in summer months), fates etc. While Gdansk & Sopot offer the same, but with more historical sightseeing opportunities. A Zoo, aquarium & waterpark are great venues for children & adults alike. The general cost of living is relatively inexpensive, particularly the highly reliable & extensive bus service & some excellent fresh fish restaurants. Car rental is also reasonable & we can highly recommend one firm in particular that we regularly use. The apartment can be easily accessed from Gdansk airport & main train station. Also local buses run nearby the property from the main centre of Gdynia.

£400 per week from 1st February to 31st March PLUS 1st September to 15th December.
Then £600 per week from 1st April to end August PLUS 16th December to 31st January. Key collection & a 'run through' of how to use various appliances in the apartment will be arranged for you upon arrival. Full rental fee payable upon booking & £500 returnable deposit is also required upon booking. PLEASE NOTE- cancellation policy applies as follows:
Up to 7 days cancellation notice provided= no refund given
8-14 days cancellation notice provided= 50% refunded
15-21days cancellation notice provided= 75% refunded
22days onwards cancellation notice provided= Full refund given
